In response to the trend of Industry 4.0, it is essential to use the right tools for effective work. In addition to continuously improving manufacturing techniques, the factory equipment and machinery undergo phased innovation and optimization. Upgrades include basic laser cutting, hot press lamination, and hot air seam sealing as the main product line equipment; the addition of automatic template sewing machine, long arm sewing machine, and electronic pattern sewing machine to accommodate various customer design styles and improve production efficiency; expansion of down/ down-like filling equipment, as well as 4-needle 6-threas interlock flat seaming machines, multi-needle shirring / smocking machine, and other special machines. In the future, plans are in place to introduce an automatic spreading + high speed intelligent cutting system, actively progressing towards the goal of a smart factory.
